My client are a leading brand that facilitate regeneration development and residential construction across the UK, now looking for a proven Project Director/Leader to work on a £110million, 3 year framework based in Kent.
This position will be a full cradle to grave role, as there will be a 26 week PCSA plot development, with S278 &
S38 early works happening as we speak.
The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Timber Frame construction and experience of multi-unit delivery in excess of 150 units.
With my clients reputation and their work winning abilities, there will be other developments within the Kent area for many years to come, so much so, that after this scheme, it's likely it'll result in promotion to an Operations Director position.
If you've been doing the rat run and/or commuting into London from Kent for many years and looking for an opportunity to run your own scheme closer to home and get back some work/life balance, then look no further.
Up to £150k plus package and 30% end of year bonus is what is on offer for the right person.
