Commercial Lead

The ideal Commercial Leader will facilitate a £60million package working on a heavy manufacturing facility that is covering in excess of 200 acres.

Within this role, the candidate will be interfacing very closely with the main contractor and client and once this package has been delivered, you'll go back into the Head Office and commercially manage multiple packages, running the commercial team and practically be the Number 2 to the UK Managing Director.

Duties and experiences include:

• Current or previous experiences of running a £50million+ package
• The right candidate can come from various industry's but ideally someone from a construction, sub-contracting, manufacturing or infrastructure sector would be highly preferred
• Previous experiences of claims and/or adjudication knowledge would be beneficial, in the event it were to arise
• Taking active responsibility for all financial procedures at campus level
• A Number 1 Commercial Lead and/or Number 2 that has worked on a large contract would also be considered

For the right candidate, my client would look to pay up to £125k plus package and bonus.
