May was Mental Health Awareness month, and here at Amida Recruitment we believe that it is extremely important to prioritise your well-being.

We recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health, and to highlight this, we created a poll asking you what helps your mental health the most. The highest being ‘Exercise’ with a close second of a ‘good sleeping schedule’. Results below:
