Senior Interior Architect

I am delighted to be recruiting for a boutique Interior Design firm in Dubai, who specialise in delivering elegant and bespoke interiors for residential properties.
We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Architect with strong technical skills, site coordination experience, and project management abilities to lead high-end residential projects in Dubai and internationally.

Your scope of responsibility will require you to oversee projects from detailed design through to on-site execution and final delivery. Therefore, being confident and experienced in managing complex technical packages, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring construction excellence is crucial. Specifically, you will need:

* Interior Architecture or Architecture degree, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in luxury residential and/or commercial projects with a strong technical portfolio to support this
* Expertise in producing detailed drawings, construction documents, and overseeing site progress
* Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
* Strong site coordination and contractor liaison skills
* Excellent communication and project management capabilities

This role is open to applicants from outside of the UAE - the company is able to provide a visa. Remuneration will be dependent on the level of experience.
